Thank you for choosing our department store products. To ensure your legal rights and make your shopping experience more secure, we have established the following return and exchange policy. Please read it carefully.
1. Return and Exchange Timeframe
You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (based on the logistics delivery record). Products beyond this time frame will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue that has been verified and confirmed by us.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange and Shipping Costs
- The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with the packaging intact, complete accessories, and no damage, stains, or modification marks. It should also not affect resale. For customized products (e.g., custom wooden stamp patterns), returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
- Shipping cost rules:
- If the return or exchange is due to our fault (e.g., product quality issues, wrong product, missing accessories), we will cover the shipping costs both ways. You can request reimbursement for the shipping cost by providing valid receipts to our customer service.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, accidental purchase), you will bear the shipping costs. Additionally, if the product is damaged or lost during the return or exchange process, you will be responsible for the loss.
3. Return and Exchange Application Timing and Process
- Application Timing: You may only apply for a return or exchange once the order status has been updated to "Shipped." The order status will be automatically updated within 24 hours after you receive the product, allowing you to initiate your request.
- Application Process: Please contact customer service via our official email (service@mail.sykenixor.com), providing your order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, contact information, and clear photos/videos of the product's condition and packaging. After customer service verifies and agrees, you may send the product back. If you send the product without confirmation from customer service, we reserve the right to refuse or not process it.
- Shipping Instructions: Please send the product according to the address and instructions provided by customer service, and ensure the order number is included to facilitate quick processing. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking functionality and keeping the tracking slip and logistics record to prevent any loss of the product.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will verify it within 3 business days. After verification, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment account within 15 business days. The refund arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the bank/payment platform. If the refund is not received within the expected time, please contact customer service for assistance.
5. Special Notes
- Aromatherapy products (e.g., handcrafted aromatherapy candles, body scrubs) cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used, unless there is a quality issue. Scalp massagers must be in unused condition with complete accessories to be eligible for return or exchange.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics suspensions) that cause delays in returns or exchanges, both parties may negotiate a time extension.
