- You confirm that you have reached the legal shopping age in the U.S. (18 years old in most states), possess full legal capacity, and are capable of bearing the legal responsibility arising from your purchasing actions.
- We provide delivery services only within the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and the District of Columbia). You are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
2. Order Processing and Confirmation
- After you submit the order and complete payment via official channels, the system will automatically generate an order number, indicating that the order has been successfully submitted. We have the right to review the order information, and upon approval, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. At this point, the order becomes officially valid.
- If an order cannot be processed due to insufficient stock, incorrect information, payment issues, etc., we will promptly notify you via email and refund the payment to the original payment account within 3 business days.

3. Shipping and Delivery Services
- Shipping Timeframe: After the order is confirmed, we will complete product preparation and ship within 3-5 business days. During holidays, major sales events, or for special products (e.g., fragile items with reinforced packaging), the shipping time may be delayed by 1-2 business days. - Delivery Timeframe: After shipping, most areas within the U.S. can expect to receive products within 7-10 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 2-3 business days. The shipping progress will be updated via the tracking link in the order confirmation email.
- Special Notes: Fragile items, such as ceramic vases, will be packaged with foam fillers and hard paper boxes to ensure safe delivery. If you find any damage or missing items upon receipt, please contact customer service within 24 hours of signing for the package and provide relevant proof. - If the product is returned due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or multiple delivery failures due to no one being available to sign for the package, you will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
