- Reasonable non-commercial use (such as personal sharing or family display) must include proper attribution of the product's source. Users may not alter the product or related materials, and may not infringe upon the legitimate rights of our company or third parties.
3. Handling of Infringement
- We have the right to investigate and collect evidence of any infringement of our copyrights and intellectual property, and to take legal measures to protect our rights. These may include but are not limited to sending infringement notices, requesting the cessation of infringing activities, eliminating the impact, and seeking compensation for losses. In severe cases, we may report the matter to U.S. law enforcement agencies or file a legal lawsuit.
- If users find that a third party is infringing on our product copyrights or intellectual property, we welcome them to report the matter to us.
